Unless Stopped, FBI's Mass Hacking Could Be Legalized December 1

Changes to Rule 41, which would significantly expand FBI's hacking powers, will go into effect on December 1 if the Senate doesn't vote for the Stop Mass Hacking Act. Civil rights groups urge everyone to call their senators to vote yes on the bill.
