CJEU Ruling Makes UK's Snoopers' Charter, Other EU Bulk Collection Laws Invalid

The Court of Justice of the European Union invalidated UK's previous surveillance law called DRIPA. The ruling should also apply to the recently passed Investigatory Powers Act, nicknamed the Snoopers' Charter, over similar or worse provisions.
