Carrier User Tracking Is Back On Android Devices, After Congress Voted To Repeal FCC Privacy Rules

Verizon released a new privacy policy for its upcoming "AppFlash" app launcher and web search utility that will be pushed out to all of its subscribers that have Android devices. The feature is reminiscent of the CarrierIQ, with EFF calling it "spyware."
