AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Review

AMD's entire Ryzen 7 series features unlocked multipliers, so we're eager to match the 1800X's performance using the less expensive 1700X. Is this the way to go for value-seekers, or is there a reason to spend an extra $100 on the flagship?
