Google, NASA Upgrade To The New D-Wave 2000Q Quantum Annealing Computer

D-Wave announced that Google, NASA, and USRA purchased its latest generation D-Wave 2000Q quantum annealing computer. The company also said that the Virginia Tech University will build a quantum computer center to develop software for D-Wave computers.
