UK Court Of Appeal Rules DRIPA Surveillance Unlawful

The UK Court of Appeal ruled that DRIPA, the precursor to Snoopers' Charter was unlawful. This should have many consequences for Snoopers' Charter, which further expands the intelligence and hacking powers given to spy agencies and other public bodies.
