Facebook Tries To Stall Privacy Shield Ruling Until GDPR Goes Into Effect

The Irish High Court accused Facebook of stalling the Privacy Shield reference to the CJEU in order for the GDPR to go into effect and supposedly make the whole case moot. The court also denied Facebook's stay request for the reference.
