NSA’s Collection Of Phone Records Triples Despite ‘Limits’ In ‘USA Freedom Act’

The NSA was able to collect over 500 million phone call records in 2017 compared to 151 million in 2016, despite reforms in the "USA FREEDOM Act" that were supposed to drastically limit NSA's collection powers.
