EU Fines Qualcomm A Billion Euro Over Exclusive Deals With Customers

The European Commission fined Qualcomm a billion euro as it concluded its antitrust investigation against the company. According to the EC, Qualcomm abused its market position to do exclusive deals with its customers that had anti-competitive effects.
